Trent Kracht is General Manager of Basies Restaurant and Lounge at Ramada Plaza & Suites, Fargo.

Kracht, originally from Pierre, SD, graduated from Northern State University, Aberdeen, SD with a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Management. He has worked in the restaurant business, most recently as Food and Beverage Director for the Ramada Inn & Suites in Sioux Falls and Manager of HuHot Mongolian Grill in Sioux Falls.

Kracht resides in Fargo.

Daniel Kiser

Daniel Kiser

Daniel Kiser is the Food anbd Beverage Director at the Ramada Plaza & Suites in Fargo, ND. He is a native of San Diego; CA. Daniel has been in the Hospitality Management for the pas 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. He began his career as a Chef in Several Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas, NV. He was the Asst, Executive Chef and recieved the "Best of Las Vegas" award fromthe Las Vegas Review Journal for Best Buffet as well as the Best in BBQ Ribs in 1995. Daniel worked as the Regional NRO Training General Manager for Darden Restaurants. (Smokey Bones & Red Lobster).During wihich time he opened 15+ Restaurants in several states.

Daniel's hobbies include Gold, Snorkeling, Baseball and his Grandchildren; his true passions is organizing community events to help raise money for Charities such as Breast Cancer and College Scholorahips for the children of fallen peace officers.

Daniel & his wife Nina are the proud parents of 8 children and 4 grandchildren. Welcome to North Dakota.

Kyle Marden is originally from Grand Forks North Dakota. Marden graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2004 in the Twin Cities. Marden has been working in the industry for 12 years, he has also worked in Minneapolis and Bismarck. Marden was a kitchen manager at Carinos Italian Grill for 3 years.
